Sophie is an integral part of the team, supporting Natalie and Shabnam in the daily running of the business; fielding calls, organising the diary and assisting with cases. Joining the team as an apprentice in business administration, Sophie is crucial support within the team. She is the first port of call for clients. There is nothing she doesn’t know about the firm. She is the foundation of our fantastic customer service.
